On-Chain Sleuth | Tracking digital assets for management and repossession, identify wallets, and provide forensic support.
If traced to a CEX, a lawyer can file a "John Doe" lawsuit to subpoena the exchange for account info. This can lead to a court-ordered freeze & return. Costly and slow, but an option for large sums. Hope for the best, but secure for the worst.

FILE A POLICE REPORT. This is essential for any legal/ exchange cooperation.
· For major thefts, consider professional crypto investigators (e.g., Chainalysis, CipherBlade). Beware of "recovery" scammers demanding upfront fees or your seed phrase.

Use Etherscan/BscScan to follow the money. Your major hope: the thief deposits to a Centralized Exchange (CEX) like Binance or Coinbase. If they do, report it to that exchange’s security team WITH a police report. They can freeze assets.

They launch the token on a real blockchain (like BSC or Solana) so it seems tradable. Then, they use FOMO marketing: "Limited presale!" "Price pump incoming!" The goal is to rush you into buying before you can research.

When you try to withdraw your "profits," you're blocked. Excuses like "pay a fee" or "tax" appear. Then, the "support" goes silent. The scammer disappears, the website/app goes offline, and your money is gone forever. #Cryptoscam

You deposit crypto (often starting small). The fake platform shows HUGE fake profits to build trust. You're encouraged to "invest" more for even bigger "guaranteed" returns. This is the "pig butchering" phase, like fattening the account before the slaughter.
