Painting is done. I will clearcoat him soon. He's turned out a lot better than I thought.

The wheels were simple, just painting them blue as evenly as possible

Finished the body. I did redo the boiler bands with a paint pen instead of a brush, then used paint pens for the lining and lettering

Painting on blue after waiting for the primer to dry a bit. I just picked a shade of blue I thought looked good, and it looks BETTER than I expected. I *will* need to find some things on ebay as I accidentally broke one of the whistles when taking them off

Primed. It's just a light coating of light gray acrylic paint from the Hello Hobby Primary Colors acrylic pack. It's been brush painted. Haven't started on chassis yet

Haven't posted an update. The model came in a couple of weeks ago. It's better looking than the listing can show, but I'm still turning it into Thomas
