So busy bottle feeding these 4 1-week old kittens that were found with no momma. It’s shameful that there aren’t facilities that can take care of them! I have never done this before but I could never let something die. Shame on the human race

I have taken in 1 feral cat, 1 stray cat, rescued 1 kitten and now I have these 2 literally at my door…I can’t keep taking cats in and I haven’t found any caring facilities to take them. Any suggestions?
