Emotional support kitty
The most debilitating part of PTSD for me has been my brain shutting off seemingly at random. This week is an anniversary, and the # of times I've realized I can't remember the last 2min is crazy. Knowing that I am dissociated is hard, cause even with 20y of tools I can't seem to stop it.
