You'd have to ignore international treaties and be okay with the great lakes being unnavigable. Building reservoirs in the mountains to catch rain that used to be snow pack will help, but also have its own environmental impact. No easy solutions.

While Canada is not monolithic, most of the secession forces are wanting more self determination. Joining the US would not increase than and would likely decrease it. Example: Quebec would want its french language and culture to be supported. The US is unlikely to do that.

If you choose to tour the country, you might want a Lighting to pull a 5th wheel trailer. I imagine that most of the towing accessories for a conventional F150 will work in the Lightning making it a better choice for towing that the Cybertruck.
