When you can't win on the merits of your ideas, set the process on fire and see it plays out. If you have to cheat to win maybe people just don't like what you're selling. It would have been easier to just have the billionaires pay for it again.

What are the potential cost savings of removing the for-profit health care insurance layer? Does it: improve outcomes, improve access or save money? It seems to be an obstacle to efficient care. Was it better in the 70s before the rapid rise in the profits for care model?

What is our preoccupation with gropers? Back when America was "great" this would not have passed muster. There is so much money behind project 2025 that they can get anyone elected I guess. Trump's best feature is his ability to distract from what's going on behind the scenes.
