Thessaloniki, Greece, which just opened up its first heavy rail metro line, has an urban population of around 800,000.
For comparison, Omaha, Nebraska has a similar urban population, and has one measly BRT line to show for it.

The AMX-30Vs were first upgraded around the late 80s, and are being/have been upgraded again recently with an even more modern fire control system
