E.kompensaatio lainsäädännössä on aika paljon vielä hiomista, jotta se ohjaisi hyvitystoimia oikeasti sinne missä tarve suurin. On täysin järjetöntä ettei talous MT metsää voi hyvittää soilla.

Sure but what I am maybe after is that for hard global power to exist there has to be a real risk when dealing with Europe that when you poke it enough they will move all that GDP power, literally remake the economy if needed, to make your life hard.

Sure it has but it's not that there is no will or no equipment to use hard power.
Problem is that it is so far removed from the European way of thinking that it is never even considered as a possibility. When things get tough only possibility is to make it rain money for local corrupt politicians.

I think the whole traditional concept of European power should be thought through. Like money is power, sure, but seems like money without hard steel to back it up only goes so far.

Most european coats of arms do seem to have either lions or eagles so it fits, BUT I could get behind the Faroese golden horned ram also!
