He needs time and the backing from owners to the fans. He has been left a squad that cannot adapt to tactical changes , a squad of professional players that are not professional. The heat is on the players no where turn the fan base are sick of them, and they are crumbling.

Cameron/Osbourne austerity policies have certainly come home to roost , zero hour contracts , meagre or no pay rises for years . The poverty trap became worse for the many not for the few. Then Brexit/ Covid hit rampant inflation lack of growth , we have never recovered

North East travel is a joke, the a1 , a69 are like b roads in some places, Tyne tunnel goes down to one lane at the weekend, then we have the mayhem that has ensued over the last twelve days . Merry Christmas everyone.
