Today is a sad day in the Stapler household. My primary vehicle is inoperable due to a failed organ. The poor deer is on life support until I can muster the funds necessary in order to mend the ailment. Perhaps, and I know that this is difficult to admit- perhaps it is time to let it go...

I ended my Facebook subscription and associated profile. This has been a long time coming, but the decision at which I arrived was built upon a series of unfortunate interactions with the moderators and certain higher-profile content providers. In brief, I was primarily growing tired of it all.

Today, I learned that the new make-believe department called, "doge" plans to gut Social Security, in accordance with the infamous 'project 2O25'...which is obviously unacceptable for numerous reasons.
