Why be so negative about recycling? If people don't read the whole article they won't learn that while recycling is no excuse for using more using more stuff, that after refusing, reducing, and reuse, recycling is the best alternative for the many many tons of stuff that can be recycled every day.

Students at the Art Students League dressed in dressed in black face and visually impaired... Context indeed! I wonder how many African American or visually impaired students actually attended the league in 1906.
