The one time 90 day extension was written into the bill as allowable. It is completely within the presidents powers to do that as stated in the bill. It’s not ‘undoing a law’

The ban itself was the stunt to force a sale, not the shutdown. The 90 day extension is also for a sale which isn’t enough time for due diligence and make a good deal, it will be another way to force TikTok’s hand with another arbitrary unrealistic deadline.
