If anyone knows a thing or two about PHY IP cores and recognizes it from the offsets/values/routines used for initialization, please shoot me a DM! It would be very cool to solve this mystery! The H616 and A523 use very similar PHYs, so would be cool to solve this mystery

Rant: People seem to think every solution can be solved within minutes if they just tried. That, my friends, is how we end up with technical debt and/or bad precedent.
There are assholes on here, but just... don't interact with them? Can't see banning for off-platform behavior ending well.
