Too bad we're poor as hell! The folks involved are living paycheck to paycheck, putting sweat equity into sustainable, fair, regenerative enterprises for the commons. I can't dive in head first unless we can account for our debts and living expenses during those weeks.

Basically the fairest business model for sustainable growth and consistency in corporate values. Care for members is *the* priority. People make more money in coop jobs too, although our 1-member-1-vote-1-share ESO will take more time to grow than the per-sale income of the marketplace

Did I mention no bosses? The founding members are forming a coop to sustain the platform. I drafted a charter and hired a registered agent to form an art. 56 workers cooperative in Colorado It is so easy and important for people to get doing, I'm happy to help with this as mutual aid.

Thanks to my NPO development background, I have mapped out what it takes to develop & market a multi-vendor marketplace with affiliate marketing and Etsy integration.

Each kind of work, we're focused on helping marginalized people join, namely those overdue for support for our accessibility needs.
