You don’t get to “own” people. Including children you birth. You get to be responsible for them, as in love them, protect them, and teach them. They WILL grow up and they WILL cut you off if you attempt to treat them anything less. This is such bullshit.

I feel that. I think there’s a good idea in colleges, but the price is worse than death and taxes. I would love to hang out an learn at campus just for the sake of learning, but the tuition fees just make it inaccessible.

What about the teachers and other students you interact with directly? I can read about subjects constantly but having experienced teachers can be way more enlightening, as can discussing things with people on the same path. Not everyone is naturally intuitive straight from reading solo.
