Back from our visit with the Ureña Rojas family in Costa Rica. We explored the stunning coffee farm, where we saw the dedication that goes into every bean. We still have some of their, La Fila Natural from the last harvest, which is still tasting vibrant. Excited for the new crop in a few months!

🌍☕ Exciting news! We'll be on a coffee sourcing trip in Costa Rica from 3/20 to 3/26, visiting the Ureña-Rojas family at La Fila. Our last roast day before we leave is 3/17. We'll resume our regular roasting schedule on 4/2. Be sure to get your orders in before the 17th!
