She probably made the outfit herself with magic. She's a Proxli, which is this elf like species in this world which has gray skin, pointed ears, and ridges on their nose. But typically they disguise themselves as human, keeping their existence a secret.

Flashback to January 2021 to a Draw This in Your Style of my character Zenee for when I hit 700 followers on Twitter. If you want to draw her now, you can make sure I know by tagging me! No prizes this time though.

Her feet extend out with two toes each with brown long claws at the end. She's wearing a tan trench coat over herself, but the picture frames it with her revealing her torso. She has no belly. Instead there's a giant mouth that wraps around her. Teeth circle right above her hips and under her bust. We don't see any guts just a thin red bit of flesh connecting the top and bottom of her body and the mouth. Where her breasts should be are two large yellow eyes with normal pupils instead of vertical slits like the ones on her head. The eyes where her breasts should be are looking up with their eyelids and brows furrowed or down, looking uncertain but also indifferent. Like "so what are we doing?" A large red tongue wraps around that central red bit of flesh in her belly mouth which probably contains her spine. No idea where her guts are. There's a white band around the breast eyes matching the white bikini bottoms or underwear buttons that she's wearing. No pants. There's a dark hard wood floor under her with a wooden framed. The dark door seems to be maybe purplish but that could be the light. Behind the door is a brick wall and a carpet leading to a hallway to the left. Most of his dinosaur like form is hidden with his yellow monstrous eyes the most visible along with his teeth. Zenee holds up a goblet in her right hand as he left hand pulls down her purple bottoms a bit. She's lacking her tattoo, socks, and the belt in this picture, as this was the first drawing of her and I hadn't implemented that aspect yet. Still has a gray beanie though.

The lights are aligned one at the top of the wand and the other two opposite sides of each other 90° from the top one. Behind her lay her friends. All once human, now mutated into monsters. Equalin has been mutated into a more humanoid monster with pink skin and an out stretched neck with an elbow joint in the middle. She's fallen into a puddle as she's picking herself back up. She wears a bikini as well, white bottoms, and unclear what her top is. Equalin lacks a belly. Instead there's a mouth there, which opens up all around her. The center being some mouth... stem of sorts. Teeth align above her bottoms and under her top. But instead of a top... there's eyes where her boobs should be. Big ones with a blue eye lid around them.

The most visible part of him is his large yellow monster eye. Having a slit like a snake or cat. Also there's minor glitch effects on this. Some random chromatic aberration, color degradation, and various parts of the image shifting around.

Zenee not so secretly has a crush on her friend Cara, who's a blue humanoid monster in this world. Much as the other monsters aside from Nadina, Cara was mutated by some run-off chemicals.
Zenee (left) sits up on her knees next to her friend, Cara. Zenee is in her typical get up. Purple bikini, purple belt, gray hoodie, socks, and beanie, and the purple wand. Cara is kneeling forward, her left hand stretched forward on the floor. She has blue skin, with a hole in her upper arm just below her shouldering. It pokes though vertically. The handle of the sword holds a pink crystal as it's a magical item she wields which can transform into anything she needs it to at the time. It's clear Cara is upset, with the glare in her pure black eyes. A light shines off them. I forgot to draw her elf ears but she's supposed to have them. Her black pony tail flies in the air as she leaps with her extended clawed feet. She wears her same red Cheongsam dress Behind her lays a brown railing with a guard in a blue uniform laying over it, assumedly killed by her. It is clear the room is incredibly tall with many stories. On the floor she's on, there's a hallway behind her with a rounded archway leading to more lights. Cara rests on the back in a red bikini. She has blue lipstick on and the claws at the end of her humanoid fingers are either black or blue. Her black hair has a blue shine in it, as always Her legs stretch forward straight, pressed together, her arms to her side, revealing the vertical holes in her upper arms just below her shoulders well. One on each arm. Zenee rests on Thaeden while her friends stand around. To the left is Equalin, a pink humanoid monster, who's very unsure what to do, while Nadina is ready to fight, her monstrous form in a brawl stance while she gets a look around. Cara's shape-shifting item is in the shape of a knife currently. They stand on the broken floor of a room, which had been torn from a building. Some bits of the wall remain, along with a grandfather clock. Zenee controls it, having it fly through the air, leaving a stream of purple magic following them. To their left (our right) is a cop on a flying jetski, and to their right (our left) is another cop, using magic from a spell book while flying on a hover board. He's using green magic and is shirtless while the other cop wears armor. His magic also flies behind them in streams of green There's buildings behind them and a giant centipedal monster with a giant eye which is crawling on a building

Here's some references of Nadina. Who before being transformed by Zenee accidentally was a rich woman living well. Ever since she became a monster, she's resented Zenee, but also has never returned to meet her parents in this condition, knowing they'd shame her for it.
Nadina sits up, having light green skin, and a lime green top covering her torso. Though there's an obvious scar on the top, meaning that's probably more of her skin. She wears a yellow beanie, the same color as the snakes slithering around her. But not just her, her larger body as well. Nadina is a fairly fit woman, not particularly tall in her own right. Or should would be, normally. Below her torso, her hips fade into the rest of her body. It appears as though Nadina sits within the gaping vertical mouth of a monster, but that's simply more of her. The mouth flesh around her is of her. There are no teeth in this large mouth, just cheek flesh, gnarled up. The larger body itself is a darker green, and quite bulky. It's chicken thigh like legs extend to stumps for feet. There's another right arm on the larger figure, one stretched out with a hole through the lower arm, likely separating the two bones within it. And upon the hand are claws for nails. The hand is rubbing the top of the monster body, which rests two large yellow eyes without pupils. Nadina also has her regular eyes on her regular face, which is currently just tired. There are holes and scars across this giant hulking green body, with maggots crawling all around. Instead of a left arm on the monster part, there's this worm like tendril with a second light green worm crawling out, followed by another worm like appendage, all red, with sharp teeth and a tongue coming out. She sits alone in an abandoned apartment with a translucent yellow cloth resting over her leg and yellow pillows behind her. Nadina in her big hulking body on her phone, not caring what's going on around her. Her hips stretch out with folds merging into the flesh wall behind her. The giant body stands up on its two stumps for feet with its own arms stretched out, ready to go forward. Yellow snakes slither around it while maggots infest her wounds Nadina resting in jail, clutching the metal bars before her as her friends remain locked up beside her. Thaeden, a red dinosaur like monster, having it the worst with chains around his wrists and neck. Cara, a blue humanoid monster, rests on a bunk behind them, seemingly giving up. The wall having the paint Crack off to reveal blue bricks. Equalin, a pink humanoid monster, holds her long necked head up as she sits on the floor and stares at the distraught Cara. Equalin (left) standing next to Nadina (right) before they mutated into monsters. Equalin is South Asian and Nadina is black Equalin wears a white tank top, blue skirt, and blue shoes with white socks. She's a bit taller than Nadina.
