They will be, along with changing all the laws that allowed any of this to happen. Then arrest and prosecute every single constitutional violation. Spend the entire defense budget to hire enough prosecutors and fast track it.

Catch the shooter, lock him up in the local jail and dare the government to come get him. Let GOP show what they think of local law enforcement. We need states law enforcement to actually show they are there to protect their citizens or is that a lie too.
