9 yrs of consistent storytelling. It's the full stop of a decade-long arc. Will tells everyone "I don't like girls," and they unconditionally embrace him with love and support.

Beautiful, paid off and exactly what the Duffer Brothers planned, this was always part of his arc. /FIN

Season 5: Up until now everyone wondered if or when Robin and Will be friends as Robin had previously come out to Steve in season 3.
Him running away from the kiss and how he was so nice to her when they eventually spoke and she possibly saw herself in him hence she mentored him /9

Season 4: Jonathan ever understanding, implies to Will he knows, but while being very vague /8

Season 4: This entire conversation was overheard by Jonathan. A guy who raised Will in lieu of their own father, who has always encouraged Will to be himself; who said it was ok not to fit in and ok to be a freak when Will doesn’t want to be one. Heavily indicated here he knows /7

Season 4: Will’s motivational speech to Mike regarding eleven’s love for Mike was actually about his own love for Mike. It was his way of trying to tell him how much he loves him without outing himself and potentially ruining his friendship in the process.

Season 4: Will did his show on Alan Turing. Turing cracked the German Enigma cipher during WWII. This work helped shorten the war, but he faced persecution for being gay after it; a fact that led to his criminal prosecution in 1952 for "gross indecency" in the UK, where homosexuality was illegal /6

Season 3: Will gets everyone together to play D&D on a no girls day, which ends in a row with Mike
insulting him with the very thing he knows Will has been bullied about. It could have been acted differently from Schnapp but it’s the fearful expression “omg does everyone know?” /5

Season 2, episode 8: Every breath you take by the police is playing and it pans over Will dancing with a girl who asked him to dance as the line is sung “every smile you fake” /4

Season 2, episode 8: What is more loaded than this? surely I don't need to explain to you how powerful a piece of queer imagery the rainbow is. /3

Season 1 (2016): His father calls him slurs, bullies mock him constantly. Joyce reflects on this with Hopper. Hopper asks if he is? Joyce counters this by replying “he’s missing, that’s what he is” /2

Personally I think that’s her aim. It’s desperately sad.

It also wouldn’t surprise me that once the HP series is released, that the merch with Dans, Rupert’s and Emma’s faces will be phased out of distribution. The films will not be as promoted so much and disappear from streaming algorithms - they’ll still be there just in the corner & not on main shelf.

She clearly needs help and I mean this in the best way possible, and with care and compassion, believe it or not. It is not best to leave her trauma to rot in an echo chamber whilst she swallows the purple, white and green pills of the terfsphere.
I somehow think she’s beyond that tbh

I’m really sorry JKR went through an horrendous break up/relationship; no one should have to endure what she went through at all - it is inexcusable. But that does not warrant a torrent of an unacceptable abuse to an already marginalised and vulnerable community who do not deserve it.

EW has had the grace to keep the door open for someone, despite the poisonous views they hold that goes against her own values, knowing full well it will likely be slammed back in their face time and time again.
Unless you’ve gone through estrangement/fall out, you’re not going to get it

JKR seems to think she has a right to own the opinions of the kids that ‘she made famous’ - they do not owe her a lifetime of opinions.

I appreciate Emma Watson hasn’t lived in poverty either. Meanwhile, Watson has publicly acknowledged her privilege (before, during and after HP). It’s worthwhile pointing out she has also never publicly attacked JKR (whereas JKR has).

I’m guessing you’re replying to Bournemouth drag queens as you’re sad and lonely

You can't latch on to other people's lives / a city community just because you ruined your own. It's not just sad, it's frankly creepy.
