The “uncertainty” actually arises from systems trying to reconcile extractive logics with the truth of Indigenous jurisdiction... Land is not uncertain, colonial law is.

Amazon’s tactics are just another version of the same old playbook used to crush movements, from Indigenous resistance to labour rights, using fear, distraction & manipulation to hold onto control.

They don’t want workers to organize, just like they don’t want truth to spread.
