Fire Flower Focaccia (I recommend staying on the lower end of the flour range and adding ~1/2 tsp salt to the dough recipe along with a pinch of larger-flaked salt to finish before baking).

Marinate --> sear --> braise in the marinade.

Chicken breast with sofrito / refogado blend (i pick tomato over peppers and add fennel seed as a personal preference).

This is my dev room dish, I love using it as a base to test new methods. what's next? reverse sear maybe? definitely not deep fry...

Stock in the rice...onions in the sautee. Add flavor to everything you do; it makes for a much more savory life.
