Currently identity resolution is done either through DNS (TXT entry for _atproto.zeva.zevs.me with your DID as the value) or HTTP (text document at zeva.zevs.me/.well-known/...).
Since you don't have the DNS entry configured, we rely on that HTTP endpoint which currently returns a 404.
