I highly recommend you seek out "Sista Said: Words of Wisdom from Black Women in Social Justice & the Arts" from Amos Paul Kennedy, Jr. He's one of my favorite printmakers, and the quotations chosen for this collection are premium. His work is rarely this accessible, and the collection is gorgeous

I found this little vintage industrial stool at an estate sale. I coated it in gold colored leaf, had my wife cut a new seat (and use the router on the edges), and then made a new cushion from some crinkled patent leather. It's now very shiny for no good reason

I just found the set list that I stole from a that dog. show in Dallas, in early 1997. This is why I have a physical filing cabinet and always will. That was a beautiful show
