I buy local anyway, except wine, local Majestic has a couple of very good Lebanese at the moment (not just Masur), but everything else seems to be local, I even make my basic cleaning products nowadays.

Didn't get whooping cough vaccination as a child as my elder sister reacted badly, got it when I was 10, missed a lot of school and nearly died once due to the coughing making me vomit in my sleep. If you can vaccinate your child then do it.
