Contact your attorney general if you live in one of these states: Texas, Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah and West Virginia

There’s problem focused #coping (taking active steps to deal with the problem/ threat) and there’s emotion focused coping (addressing how we FEEL about the problem/ threat). Find active coping responses to what’s unfolding but don’t neglect how you feel. #EmotionalSelfcare is the long game.

Got my passport application submitted today. There were quite a few people there doing the same thing, which surprised me for a Tuesday at 1pm.

When I lived in San Diego and worked with elementary and middle school learners through a gang prevention program, I was horrified to learn that ICE did raids during holiday breaks and we never knew if our students would return. This will happen under this admin! Do not volunteer info!
