legally speaking ICE has no reason to be involved in visa processing outside of high risk situations (terrorism)/fraud. idk why they’d be involved. I’m very surprised your family has to deal with them instead of just the USCIS. 😓 if you haven’t heard from the USCIS on anything that’s really shitty.
