That said it makes sense when your body has changed (especially via a pandemic) and you're still adjusting/struggling, that you're not feeling so down with disability pride.💜

It takes time and we're all on our own journey (that isn't always linear) at our own pace 💜

yes, my wheelchair is badass.

but also disability pride is not about loving your symptoms 24/7 or even at all. it's the rejection of the ableist idea that they make us inferior.

I see you are also disabled. are you new to it? (I didn't feel always feel this way, so I get it if that's the case)
