There is someone at my hospital who parks in the employee garage who has a lifted Porsche cayenne and now I see there is a whole subculture of ppl who lift their Porsches? That's a thing?! I dont know whether to be intrigued or horrified.

So usually if my Tejas fam is away for the holidays I either work ICU or do big special park day n treats with my cherished fartgoblin dog. My rotation in NM starts tomorrow so I can't work icu and had to drop him off early at the sitters. I miss you buddy :(
