And sadly they made it even more difficult so people who cheat the system don't get it (Which is a good thing on the surface), but in doing so, they made it even harder for people who legitimately need it, and the people cheating the system are still getting in anyways....

I absolutely feel your pain, I'm in the same boat currently...I've been in the process for disability benifits for nearly 2 years now, and still no sign of it going anywhere positive...(They recently postponed my appeal hearing and I still don't have a new date) It's beyond frustrating and scary...

I've been in process to get disability benifits for almost 2 years now, and its my second time filing. I gave up the first time after 2 appeals, attempted to work again (part-time minimal hours) until my health got too bad to continue...this time around I have no other choice but to keep fighting...

I filled out the form, (Even though I closed my acc a while back) but this is why I've abandoned Patreon and many other corporations that have decided to go along with this AI bs....

People don't understand that you're just one bad experience away from being disabled, and it can happen to anyone. I know someone who got into an awful car accident in his late teens, he's quadriplegic now and needs caretakers to help care for him and get him in and out of his wheelchair everyday.

I've used mobility aids, majority of my life, Including motorized grocery carts when I've had really bad pain flare days. I am only 26 so I always get funny looks for using any mobility aid just to function...it's very disheartening that so many people are abilist and assume I am just being "lazy"
