In the quiet corners of memory's embrace, Where whispers of love linger and trace, Two years have passed, a bittersweet seam, Stitched with the threads of a heart's hidden dream.Papaw Bob, with hands worn yet kind, Built bridges of strength in the hearts he would find, A father figure, a beacon of light, In shadows he stood, guiding the night. His laughter a melody echoing still, In the soft rustle of leaves, on the hush of the hill, A hard-working man, with a spirit so true, Each act of kindness a gift he imbued. Oh how I looked up, as the seasons would turn, With lessons of love and wisdom to learn, He taught me that life is a canvas to fill, With strokes of compassion, with fervor and will. I wrote the lyrics and put a melody that I badly sang into a voice memo, and then took that to an ai song generator after playing with it a little bit, this is what I made. I then drew the cover photo for the song preview #songwriter #lyricist #illustrator
