The only reason we don’t live like that today is because workers fought and died for labor laws, unions, and safety regulations. And now? They’re stripping all of that away under the guise of “cutting red tape” and “bringing jobs back.”

People worked 14+ hour shifts in dangerous conditions.
Wages were so low families couldn’t survive without child labor
Safety regulations were nonexistent—so yeah, people literally fell into vats, got crushed by machines
Workers had zero rights—if you complained, you were fired (or worse).

I love this, I recently chatted with an old associate of mine, who is very upset that Trump broke his promise, and I had zero sympathy for her. I looked her dead in the eyes and said the blood is on your hands.
