They also banned anyone they knew wouldnt take their side or speak up about it, so anyone thats left in their server is basically close friends and hardcore fans.....

Yeah plus anyone that wasnt active because my alt got banned and removed as well so literally only her close friends are in there now

yeah the one at mine actually used to spread what you told her among staff...
it was horrible, small country even smaller school, nothing anyone could do about it. so students would just avoid going to her

yeah not everyone can afford that, its saddenning. Even in school counsellors suck, what are you supposed to do then? Its no wonder people feel so alone. And yes theres a lot more mental health awareness from ever before but help is not even accessible so whats the point. also they blocked us

I dont really think that can be blamed on ai. If your child is so severeley depressed their only form of connection is a robot, you failed as a parent. Especially since he had been detached and antisocial for months, even attempting hanging before which left bruised his parents didnt notice.

Like with any tool its honestly how you use it, large language models and ai chatbots have existed for years, i dont really agree that they should be lumped into the same category of gen ai personally

Yeah not everyone is always available to listen to you vent especially if its over small stuff. Its nice to get a response from something that acts like it cares and can even offer you advice even though its not real. Plus not everyone can afford therapy and it also helped me with my journalling.
