I love Lamb! There's just something about him. This is definitely not a cozy, but it gives me that vibe if that makes any sort of sense lol.

Going 23 years strong in sending this gift to my biological family members (minus my spawn, of course). It's the best present I can give myself for the holidays.

I watched two episodes so far before I had to go to bed. I am loving it so far, the main squad is fantastic, and I'm curious about Lady Di and Webb in the Park.

I have a saying ..

In this house I measure garlic with my heart, your heart, the neighbors heart and the mail-person's too.

I was able to keep my bacon warm though by setting it atop of my oven, (I have a countertop convection oven I use)

Next time possibilities for this:

Chopped up cooked bacon + orange marmalade
Pistachio Cream
The cream cheese filling I want to try.

things I would do differently next time:

thinner layer of pancake batter, then the pie filling and smoothing atop, then the rest of the pancake batter.

Consider using canned fried apples instead, due to liquid ratio, it took longer to cook than I was expecting...

Mix but don't over mix.. just combine.

I poured the batter into my greased pan [Butter can be used, I used spray]

poured the batter in, popped open a can of apple pie filling, spooned that ontop and swirled in.

Baked for forty minutes, but started checking at 30.

LoL absolutely.

So first things first - I use a baking pan instead of a shallow sheetpan just because I like height.

However...

preheat oven to 375
I use Maker's Mark pancake mix because it's cheap and bulk. I use 4 cups of mix 1 and 1/3 cup water, 1 and 1/3 cup milk

Does this sound feasible?

I have left over cream cheese due to making pickle wrap dip for a coworker, and it's kinda just sitting there.
