For sure! I won’t be able to publicly release music for a bit because I have to change over to the UK collection societies for royalty/copyright purposes and it’s not a quick process (resigning from ASCAP takes forever) but it’ll get released in due course

The assistant manager just told me they’ve had more than one chat with the flat owner and broker (he lets his place) about it and they are supposedly going to stop by today to give him a stern talking to so 🤞
