And what I mean by the reality of binary gender ideology- it's the roles of society expected on us, it's the othering in schools, housing, workplaces and healthcare that ends up letting trans people suffer be that abuse or mental health or both

That's just to say
Trans women are women
Trans men are men
Non-binary people exist

We are not a threat to society, we have always existed and we will always freaking exist

And then when they use the Cass review to deny lifesaving care like puberty blockers, they are contributing to the material oppression of trans people, and the material reality that if you are rich then there are no barriers to this care, but if you are poor, well damn

Deliberately ignoring and debating trans existence out of reality and blaming it on poor mental health - poor mental health is the reality of a gender ideology that maintains gender binaries

Trans healthcare is about choice, when they speak of "predatory" doctors, they're denying trans people their own self determination, we aren't the ones pathologising trans youth, they are, by deliberately ignoring trans people's voices in the care we should have access too
