Rewatched the John Carpenter classic They Live last night and just KNEW there had to be a contemporary mashup. I was not disappointed.

Another dragonfly: Lancet Clubtail, Phanogomphus exilis, Geauga County, OH. I find it really interesting that particular locations can be very reliable for certain dragonflies---the pond where I photographed this dragon is consistently reliable fot Lancet Clubtail every year.

My first post. This is Spotty, a leopard gecko I gave my nephew as a birthday present when he was 8 years old. I reacquired him when my nephew went off to college. My nephew is about to turn 28, so do the math! Spotty is still going strong!
