I have been analyzing heavy weapons losses from various conflicts for over a decade :)

EU+ is producing way more arty ammo than the USA.

There are ways to mitigate that risk - especially if you are willing to spend extra $ (which would be the case for the US military).

DPRK production isnt very relevant - tha ammo they have been selling to Russia has been old (largely from the 1970s and 1980s)

I doubt they are spending enough time sitting on those terminals for that to be an issue - the transmit power is quite low (around 20W) and at that frequency I expect them to be mostly absorbed by the skin.
