They are blowing up families in tents. They are blowing up infants and toddlers. These are facts just from the last few days. I've seen more horrific footage in the last 18 months than I will ever be able to truly recover from.

They just killed journalist Hossam Shbat, who has been reporting from the north of the Gaza strip day after week after month. He was injured a few months ago, and went right back to reporting. They succeeded in silencing him now. He was 23 years old.

The completely destroyed the only remaining cancer hospital 2 days ago. They bombed nasser hospital last night shortly after two american doctors working there were interviewed on CNN telling the truth. They are conducting field executions of civilians in Rafah..

Twitter is the only app I wasn't on. Lots of ppl from IG/ Fb/ Threads that I'd like to keep up with (somewhere that actually shows people what other people they follow post, which Meta has almost entirely stopped doing)

"Learn to let go of expectations". Mastering this frees you from disappointment when something doesn't go as planned. And you open yourself to sortof unlimited potential. Expectations are shaped from our previous experience and societal conditioning and serve no real purpose.

Meta has been shadow-banning me on all three platforms for almost a year. It's getting real old.
