Sometimes I get annoyed by the expectation of constant availability due to our connection to our phones but then I think about how I can just text stream of consciousness to my mom and then I’m less annoyed about it.

Every time I hear Brandi Carlile’s feature in “You’re Gonna Go Far” it takes my breath away. Her sound is so pure and powerful and effortless and I’m just consistently in awe. Even on my like 400th listen, my goodness, it’s beautiful.
