Color + shape + texture is always a winning combination to me. This little piece has been my portable project over the last few weeks. Now that it’s done it’s time to move on to another - it’s a good thing that I have quite a backlog of little projects waiting on stitches 😁

I’m keeping with colorful projects to keep my sanity. During our bizarre weather snow days I wanted to work on something warm, so I pulled out this quilt top from August. This linen top + cotton/wool batting + soft vintage sheet for the back feels like sewing through butter 🥰⁣

I really have nothing to say about this other than making it brings me joy 🌈. Also, next time I won’t use a striped fabric as my foundation 😂
