• ViperThreat 11111 points 5 hours Worked as an on-call computer tech for about a year, and I've seen some weird shit. Plenty of Hoarders, elderly men with interesting sexual fantasies, Multimillonaire Lawyers with closets full of gay porn, etc. The weirdest one was this cool old dude who had retired and lived in a double-wide trailer in a fairly nice retirement trailer park. His house had one of those trains that traveled along the walls from room to room, occasionally poking through walls and such. The primary purpose of this train was to carry his bird (a blue macaw IIRC) around the house. From his explanation, the bird had some birth defects and had difficulty flying, so they built the train for the bird to cruise around the house on. This may not sound all that weird to you, but let me set the stage for you: You're a college student removing a stupid browser hijack from some old guy's computer. You're nearly done with the job when you hear a clacking sound and look up to see a toy train crossing your vision. Aboard the train is a decently sized bird that makes eye contact with you and says "choo choo motherfucker" before disappearing into the next room. One of the most surreal moments of my life.

sparrf i keep thinking about that tribe of baboons where all the alpha males died from eating poison garbage and then the baby boy monkeys were taken care of by the lady monkeys and never got socialized to be aggressive so they all just live peacefully and groom eachother instead of fighting and killing eachother and its been generations of that, it only took 1 wipeout of the aggressive males to change the whole social order of the species i am crying they must be so much happier theclassykindoftrasy ...l have an idea. geoclaire don't we all fluffmugger You're missing half the story. When adolescent males from other groups came to join, they learned very rapidly that being an arsehole baboon was not f tolerated, and completely stopped the behaviour and integrated with the group. Guys, I am seriously freaked out by the fact that I JUST WOKE UP WITH A LARGE FOX SITTING ON MY CHEST AND NIBBLING ON MY FINGER LIKE A CHEW TOY. I feel like there's a Japanese folktale about this and there's something | need to do or else I'll be drowned by an angry daimyo. put some salami outside the back door for him to eat instead of me. The weird thing is, the cats weren't afraid of him at all. And if I could smell him with my chain smoking dead olfactory nerves, they damn sure could, but Luna didn't even chase him or freak out. This is possibly the weirdest thing that's ever happened to me in my life. I've seen wild animals a lot, especially in Montana and Wyoming when I lived up there, but l've never had one chew on me with his wee tiny fox tees. I don't think this is a normal occurrence in London.

I think, every year, the richest person in the world should be sacrificed and their wealth distributed to the poorest among us. The rest of the year would be billionaires scrambling to distribute their wealth in an attempt to ensure they aren't the one to pushed out into the ocean next year.
