There's definitely enough generic 'find your future' higher ed content aimed at all students all of the time. Exploring what fandoms and niche interests could do to connect with students could be worth a try....

Anime for example - rapidly growing in the US (but also UK), consumed regularly and often as a comfort watch.

Fan behaviour too can also tell you a lot about how they might consume content that speaks to them differently. There are so many behaviour change tactics that could help you understand your student audience (beyond age and location...!)

Students are forming identities around shared interests and fandoms. Being aware of how these play out for some allows you to enrich your social, bringing to life the clubs and societies, in which they may feel more drawn to, and even shine a spotlight on aspects of course content.

Why demographics aren’t a personality – so stop trying to recruit students like they are?!

Despite the number of middle class women of a certain age causing HAVOC this week, most prospective students don't identify as their demographics either.

But surely you learnt that if you just quit avo, you could buy a house like a boomer?! They used that and buying coffee once. I talk about engaging youth audiences and literally have a ton of wild headlines- the below (bar Steven and Christmas one) were captured just in 4 weeks ahead of talk in oct.
