In the entire state of NH, population 1.4M, there are currently 379 3-bedroom homes available under $500,000. It's still not nearly enough to meet demand.

I'm thinking eliminating OSHA is exactly the wrong thing to do in the US when we know all the villain origin stories. #ProtectOSHA #SiteSafetyMatters #SaveGothamCity #Batman

Action steps! If you receive public benefits like SNAP (food stamps) or Medicaid, the ban on federal money starts at 5:00pm today. Fill your prescriptions, get as many months of birth control as you can, & get groceries. Money is allocated from Congress, so this challenge is a constitutional crisis.

Support your local small businesses. Neighbors are made through small acts of genuine humanity. Community is the antidote to hopelessness.

Normal people and normal housing cannot compete with Real Estate Investment Trusts in late-stage capitalism. When the game is rigged, change the rules. Local zoning fixes, including removing arbitrary setbacks and parking requirements, are NEEDED.

Dr. King never gave up, and neither will we. So as we enter tough times, let’s follow his advice: “If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.”

The LA fire is geographically huge, and the population density of the affected area is equivalent to the populations of NH, VT, ME, and RI. Everybody in LA knows somebody who just lost everything.

Thankful for another year of health, fresh air, and family. Looking forward to more growth spurts, road trips, protests, and memories. Silence always sides with the oppressor, never the oppressed.

You know what works to provide affordable, quality childcare in NH? State funding. You know what doesn't? Expecting centers to run on duct tape & love. Losing The Children's Place is tragic, but without sustained outside funding, inevitable. Cutting staff benefits isn't the answer. #NHPolitics

Working families deserve the dignity of retirement, not a crash shoot on bankruptcy and death post-diagnosis. We need Universal Healthcare.

Rushing rules for new landfills at the NH Joint Legislative Committee on Rules is unnecessary. Forever chemicals polluting our soils & waters & human health impacts. Hit pause! Rules shouldn't be drafted by industry, or worse be than those in 3rd world countries. tinyurl.com/4wk3e8ry

The outdoors is calling your name softly, repeatedly, longingly. The air is crisp, the stars are bright. Get outdoors. Take a moment to revel in cold November - imprint a memory.

The proposed NH JLCAR landfill regulations are a gift to private industry. They offer the single weakest pair of locational criteria for new landfills in the ENTIRE world - not just the US - but far weaker than standards set by developing countries such as Nigeria & India! JLCAR must reject this.

Overnight frost coating clear window glass like jewels.

Breathe in with the nose.

Release what is hurting. We are all light and glitter and stardust.

Breathe out with the mouth and direct the ::steam:: visible clouds of exhaled carbon dioxide.

Impermanent beauty fades after my warm exhale.
