One of the unexpected joys of having a daughter named Vivian whom we call "Vivi" is that our children have started thinking our "full names" are Mommian and Daddian.
Like Mommy/Daddy are our nick-names.
So when my kids are trying to be polite, it's no longer, "Mommy," it's "Mommian, may I..."
