But also, I am not going to let them say that believing everyone deserves housing, food, a voice, welcome...these are not radical stances. They are woven into the very fabric of the earth. Love, welcome, diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential tenants of the Christian faith. /8

Owning that you have been betrayed is a sacred act. Letting tears fall over your betrayal is a sacred baptism, mirroring Christ's tearful prayers in the garden.

As a pastor, if you are willing to give me the honor of blessing your walking away - and you do not need anyone's blessing, but if you're willing to honor me by letting me give it all the same - may the Eternal One bless you thoroughly for leaning into liberation and away from toxicity. /4

These people made me memorize scripture. But they would tell me that *I* have fallen away because I love the Diversity God made, I support Equity, as outlined in the laws of Moses over and over and over again and in Mt 25, and I demand the Inclusion of people Jesus included. /2
