And just like that, Caged, an expose of women's prisons and the harm they do to incarcerated women & to us all, takes the lead as my favorite movie at this festival. Excruciatingly painful to watch, brilliantly written & acted by women, & still timely. #noircity #noircity22 #femmefatale #filmnoir
