My Delta gate agent is channeling Robin Williams in Good Morning Vietnam. If ever people are going to voluntarily check bags, this woman will make it happen. I love Delta - I see see the results of treating your employees well every time I fly.

Great leadership happens everywhere. Shout out to the Delta passenger from BHM in 12D who noticed a gentleman touching all the bags in the overhead bins (looked sus) and instead of chastising offered assistance. The man’s cane was stuck behind the bags. They both left smiling.
