8 years ago today we marched. In that time, that baby bump has grown into a child; my eldest is a pre-teen; I switched jobs after nearly a decade; we moved; we lost my dad to Alzheimer’s; we began living in a pandemic; plus a million other things. Can‘t believe we’re back here again.

My nervous system is already shot, and it hasn’t even been 24 hours.

Things That Were Good Today:
1. Waking up to several inches of fresh snowfall in Maine, the first substantial storm of the season.
2. Having a popover & jam party with my kids. (It’s Jam-uary babes!)
3. Processing grief with friends—it’s there even if we would prefer to look away.

So what time do the eggs go on sale?
