I met these great Manistee High School ‘Youth in Government’ students tonight at the Manistee Dems Holiday party! They’re raising money to fund their group’s field trip to Lansing. I love to see young people interested in government!

Had a great time at the Oceana County Dems holiday gathering last night. It was wonderful to connect and celebrate the season with people who care deeply about our community. I enjoyed meeting Sherlynn James from Project 83 and appreciated hearing about the impactful work she’s doing for West MI!

Today, I joined local volunteers at the mobile Feeding America West MI Food Bank to help distribute 8,050 pounds of food to families in need. Moments like this remind us what community really means: neighbors coming together to make sure no one goes hungry.
