I just mean there is a lot of red there. And yes, they have a Democratic governor, but there are a lot of votes in NYC. I think the federal government abuse of power will be happening upstate where all the red voters are.

This is how Ginger fell asleep. I thought her claw was stuck, but when she woke up, she let go right away.
